4. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

By leaving your vehicle in our care, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to authorize services. You acknowledge that our team will perform a pre-service inspection and note any pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions on the vehicle prior to beginning work.

Owner’s Pride Omaha is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to paint chips, scratches, rust, dents, mechanical issues, or interior wear that existed prior to the vehicle’s arrival at our facility. We strongly recommend reviewing and signing off on the pre-inspection report before services begin.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Owner’s Pride Omaha is not responsible for any vehicle left on our premises beyond 24 hours after service completion without prior arrangement.
